Excellent Service and Tasty Breakfast

friendly staff tasty breakfast

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was not happy with my initial room and the staff immediately provided a bigger, fancier room. The breakfast was tasty and the location put me close to many places I wanted to visit.

The lack of privacy provided by the sliding doors in the bathrooms was disappointing. I think the hotel could improve the design to offer guests a bit more seclusion.

The breakfast included homemade yogurt, fresh organic fruit and vegetables, and custard tarts. The hotel owner was present in the breakfast room each morning, ensuring guests had everything they needed. He also provided restaurant suggestions.

The room came equipped with a kettle and a coffee machine. Housekeeping was available, though I did notice signage suggesting tipping the team. The modern design of the hotel was evident from the entrance.

broken kettle dysfunctional doors

my stay started badly. the kettle in my room was broken. then, two of the shower doors weren't functional. staff did nothing about it. it's infuriating.

the room was spacious and modern. beds were very big and comfortable. refillable drinks and snacks were a great bonus. breakfast was also good with a wide range of food available.

the cold air conditioning switched off automatically after an hour. i woke up to turn it back on, annoying

My queen room disability access was clean. the bed felt new and provided great support. i appreciated finding complimentary snacks and water in the room. It was a nice touch after a long trip.

The shower's drainage was a little slow. Water pooled slightly during showers.

helpful staff continental option coffee kettle

the front counter staff were amazingly helpful. i found the breakfast to be good. it had cooked and continental options. the room included a kettle with coffee and tea.

the heating system was problematic. i had to call to turn the heating on. otherwise , the airconditioning was the only choice.

small room food smell

the room was clean, which i did appreciate.

The room i booked was a bit small. There was not much space for two people. also, there was a strong smell of food in the room sometimes. it was not pleasant.
